A design partner, not an order taker. You have opinions and you back them up. You advocate for what's best for the user even when the client sees it differently.
AI Native: AI is like another designer on the team. We use it constantly, it's part of how we work, not a nice-to-have. You HAVE to use it to get faster and smarter at making decisions. You know how to use tools to work faster and better, and enjoy exploring tools that can make your work better.
Passionate about growing the people around you. You want to help associate designers learn, improve their craft, and become confident in their work.
A leader who makes designers around you better. You give clear feedback to customers and to your internal team, set expectations, and create an environment where people do their best work.

You’ll Do
Own the relationship with your customers. Run calls, present work, gather feedback, and drive the design direction forward.
Lead and mentor associate designers. Review their work, unblock them, and help them grow into stronger designers.
Push back when needed. If something isn't right for the user, you speak up. You bring data, logic, and design thinking to the conversation.
Manage timelines and deliverables across your projects. You know where things stand and you keep things moving.
Translate business goals into design strategy. You understand the "why" behind the work and make sure your team does too.
Present design solutions with confidence. You can walk a room through your thinking and get buy-in.
You’ll Bring
4+ years of product design experience across web and mobile. You've shipped real products and can talk through the decisions you made.
Experience leading or mentoring other designers. You've helped someone else get better at their craft.
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders. You're comfortable in the room and know how to manage expectations.
Experience working cross-functionally. We help each other. If a teammate needs support, you jump in. We're building together, not just doing our own tasks.
