Job Title: SAP Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee the execution of SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in running management activities, managing technical and functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Run management activities of SAP projects, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution;
* Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
* Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle;
* Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise;
* Maintain accurate records and reports of project performance, including financials, schedules, and resource allocation;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project management, preferably in a similar industry or sector;
* SAP Skills: Advanced knowledge of SAP software and its applications, including functional and technical aspects;
* Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build strong relationships;
* Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile and Waterfall;
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with project management software and tools.
