We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to spearhead growth initiatives across Latin America.
Job Description
* Sell nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts across LATAM, fostering relationships with senior-level brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is an asset.
* Self-motivated individual comfortable working remotely; excellent time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
