Key Account Manager
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and drive business growth.
* Responsible for in charge of existing clients within assigned territory, developing strategic account plans, and acquiring new key accounts.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, prepare reports on account performance, and collaborate with product development teams for feedback.
