About the Role
We need a skilled visual designer who can create compelling visual content that drives engagement and builds brand recognition. You'll work on diverse projects for our growing client base, from complete brand identity systems to social media campaigns that convert. This role offers the opportunity to work with multiple brands across various industries while contributing to their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Visual Systems
* Design professional logos and complete brand identity packages
* Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and style guides
* Create cohesive visual systems that work across all touchpoints
* Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
* Design marketing collateral including business cards, letterheads, and brochures
Social Media & Digital Content
* Create engaging social media graphics and templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
* Design social media content that drives engagement and conversions
* Develop templated systems for consistent social media presence
* Create promotional graphics for digital campaigns and advertisements
* Design email marketing templates and digital newsletters
Collaborative Design Process
* Work closely with our marketing and development teams
* Participate in creative brainstorming and strategy sessions
* Present design concepts and rationale to clients
* Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity
* Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Required Qualifications
Experience & Portfolio
* Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design and branding projects
* Proven experience creating social media content that drives engagement
* Portfolio must include before/after examples showing your impact on brand growth
* Experience working with multiple brands and maintaining distinct visual identities
Technical Skills
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Experience with Figma for collaborative design and client presentations
* Strong understanding of file formats, color spaces, and print/digital specifications
* Knowledge of social media platform specifications and best practices
* Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
Design Expertise
* Proven understanding of what works visually and why
* Ability to explain design decisions and rationale to clients
* Strong grasp of current design trends while maintaining timeless appeal
* Experience creating designs that convert and drive business results
* Understanding of brand psychology and visual hierarchy
Professional Skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills and professional responsiveness

* Experience collaborating with remote teams and clients
