We are looking for a remoteSenior Browser Extension Developerto develop and publish Chrome extensions for our U.S. client. The duration of this project will last 3-6 months with the opportunity to extend into a full-time position.

As a result, compliance becomes habitual, simple to understand and implement, and continuously verifiable, allowing businesses to gain transparency into their compliance status.Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Chrome extensions that meet product and user requirements
Integrate Chrome Extension APIs to create seamless user experiences and efficient browser functionality
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure smooth data flow and consistent UI/UX
Debug, test, and optimize extensions for performance, compatibility, and scalability
Manage the full lifecycle of Chrome extensions, including publishing, version control, and updates in the Chrome Web Store
Stay current with evolving Chrome APIs and web development best practicesRequired Experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
5+ years of proven experience developing and publishing Chrome extensions
Solid understanding of Chrome Extension architecture and APIs (e.g., Manifest v3, background scripts, content scripts, messaging, and permissions)
Experience building interactive front-end components with .js
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and modern web development workflows
Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparentPreferred Experience
University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
