We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise and can effectively coach cross-functional teams. They ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement reviews/demos retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs refine user stories define sprint goals track sprint health capacity velocity burndown/burnup manage scope identify remove impediments dependencies environments test data approvals coordinate cross-team dependencies promote flow efficiency limiting WIP reducing blockers provide clear timely status reporting velocity trends sprint summaries risks mitigations facilitate effective demos showcase business value gather early feedback ensure alignment governance security compliance PCI accessibility change management
