Technical Interviewer
This is a remote freelance role where you will conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles. You will evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving skills. Your task will be to provide fair and unbiased assessments of candidate performance.
Requirements:
* Candidates must have 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* A reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews are required.
