About the role As a Industrial Project Manager - PMO, you will: • Structure and lead the PMO dedicated to industrial projects, including plant expansion, capacity increase, and improvement initiatives; • Plan, coordinate, and oversee industrial projects from concept through execution and final delivery; • Ensure rigorous control of project schedule, cost, and scope, driving high-performance execution; • Define and implement project management standards, methodologies, and governance practices; • Manage project timelines, contracts, suppliers, and partners involved in construction and implementation activities; • Lead risk management efforts, addressing technical, operational, and financial risks; • Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and HSE (SSMA); • Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards; • Provide clear reporting on project status and support leadership decision-making; • Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency gains across projects investments. What you need to have • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Production, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related fields). • Proven experience in industrial project management, engineering, or construction environments. • Strong background in industrial projects (plant expansion, equipment installation, etc.); • Solid knowledge of project planning and control (scheduling, budgeting, risk management); • Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent) are highly valued; • Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and field execution; • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills; • Knowledge of industrial safety standards; • Advanced English; • Availability to reside in Campos dos Goytacazes or São João da Barra.
