We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective market development, customer acquisition, and sales management strategies.
 * Market Development:
 * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food ingredients and additives industry.
 * Customer Acquisition:
 * BUILD strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
 * Sales Management:
 * Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients or additives industry.
 * Familiarity with application technology and product knowledge of hydrocolloid, carrageenan, agar, konjac gum, and blended solutions.
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in office software.
 * Strong commercial negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Drive market development, customer acquisition, and sales management strategies.
 * Product promotion and sales in the region, meet sales targets.
 * Develop own sales plan, visit customers, and develop new customers as planned.
 * Collect and find customer information, establish customer files.
 * Well manage sales contract signing, implementation, and coordination with market issues.
 * Good teamwork spirit, effectively use internal and external resources to achieve sales targets.
