Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to establish a strong rapport with clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and provide support in various aspects of services.
* To develop long-term relationships with clients by identifying their requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
* To assist in the evaluation process of client's business requirements and guiding them on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conversion of client's business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
2. Presentation of technical specifications internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
3. Identification of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
4. Assistance in document maintenance and updates for clients' system environments.
5. Participation in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
6. Execution of simple project/development work plans and revision of them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
