Responsibilities: • Responsible for supporting the Learning and Development area in Brazil through: • Control and monitoring of global and local training programs in the system and in Excel; • Fill and control of the scholarship program of the units; • Work closely with the HRP´s in order to offer available learning solutions for specific employees´ needs linked to their individual development plan; • Responsible for creating and delivering content for soft skill/leadership training as needed • Responsible of implementing the Sales Global Programs for all BU´s and follow up on completion Mandatory Requirements: Completed Bachelors Degree; Professional experience of up to 3 years with T& D; Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking); Excel intermediate - advanced Good communication.
