Service Operations Manager
Our organization is seeking a skilled Service Operations Manager to oversee our service operations. This role requires expertise in managing on-call rotations, skills coverage, SOPs and first-line/SRE enablement, configuration management, SLA metrics and reporting.
The successful candidate will design and maintain an on-call plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed. They will own the incident management process for assigned accounts: priorities, roles, communication cadence, escalations and post-incident reviews.
