Key Account Manager
The Role:
This position is responsible for managing a client portfolio, defining goals, and executing expansion plans for assigned markets. The role requires strong business relationships with hotels, inventory optimization, rate competitiveness, and negotiation of conditions to maximize conversion.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with hotel clients.
2. Optimize inventory and rates offered through the Reservations Center.
3. Negotiate conditions to ensure highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
4. Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools.
5. Advise on online marketing and direct sales.
6. Identify business opportunities in new products, offers, or services.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
* Education in tourism or related field.
* Customer orientation.
* Negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English.
