Job Description
The primary role of this position involves working within the Conversion Squad, primarily responsible for lead acquisition flows and marketing forms – a high-impact and business-critical area.
This Backend Developer will be utilizing Kotlin + Spring Boot to develop Back-end solutions that ensure functionality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Key responsibilities include building services aligned with business strategy, OKRs, and product initiatives; implementing and maintaining reliable and scalable microservices and REST APIs; creating automated tests following the testing pyramid; working in a collaborative environment with pair programming and a strong feedback culture; communicating clearly and proactively in daily meetings, agile ceremonies, and when raising blockers; contributing to continuous improvement within the Conversion Squad projects.
