This role is fully remote in Brazil (CLT) and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical data processes.We are seeking Data Management Coordinator professionals to join our team in fully remote positions based in Brazil (CLT). This role supports critical data processes and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration across multiple teams.While all coordinators will work within MDM processes, there are two distinct specializations:- Credit & Contract Administration – Responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, reviewing documentation for accuracy, performing credit checks, and ensuring proper data entry across multiple platforms.- Location & Administrative Maintenance – Focused on maintaining location data integrity, including new setups, updates, closures, and supporting special projects related to merchant and location administration.Both specializations play a key role in supporting operational excellence and require the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.Responsibilities- Process assignments within standard timelines (2 business days)- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systems- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams- Track and report data metrics for compliance and performanceCredit & Contract Administration:- Review incoming contract documentation for discrepancies- Perform credit checks in accordance with company policy- Enter approved contracts into multiple systems- Maintain merchant documentation and follow up on pending agreementsLocation & Administrative Maintenance:- Set up new locations and update existing records in MDM- Manage location name changes, moves, closures, and inactivations- Support special projects assigned by the Data Administration TeamRequirements- College degree preferred (not required)- Professional English communication skills- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profile- Administrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profile- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team- Credit review experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments- Strong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefitsMonthly internet/mobile allowanceMeal and food vouchersAnnual bonusHealth and dental planLife insuranceHardware provided100% remoteApply today and help us maintain the accuracy and integrity of data that powers global commerce!
