At Servicio Latam, we are currently seeking a Freelance IT Support Engineer (On-site Dispatch Role) to provide technical assistance to our clients in Brasilia, Brasil.
The engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support as needed.
This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, ideal for IT professionals looking for flexibility and additional income.
· Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).

• Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
·
• Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
·
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting after each visit.
·
• Perform Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support tasks.

· Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (Level 1).
·
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
·
• Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks.
·
• Must reside in Brasilia, Brasil and be available for on-demand visits.

• Freelance / on-demand role.
·
• USD 50 per visit (ranging from 1 to 8 hours per visit).
