System Engineer - IT Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
You will work closely with our engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments. Your primary focus will be on designing, installing, configuring, and supporting systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
This is a fully remote position, working on a B2B contract basis. As a System Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation, track time against project agreements, and report on project progress.
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills and experience in Systems Engineering. You should have a solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions, and familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
A proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation is essential. Additionally, you should be able to track time against project agreements and report on project progress.
As a System Engineer, you will work independently, but as part of a larger team. Your skills and expertise will enable you to make a significant contribution to the success of our clients.
