Overview
ANALISTA DE SUPORTE I at ILHA SERVICE TECNOLOGIA LTDA. Location : Osasco, SP.
Working hours : 22:00h to 07:00h, Monday to Friday (may be adjusted by the company or client).
Responsibilities
Support, installation and configuration of new IT equipment and reconfiguration of previously installed equipment.
Analysis and diagnosis of incidents for problem resolution, potentially with collaboration with vendors and other professionals.
Support for installation and configuration of operating systems (MS-Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 or newer).
Support for installation and configuration of native user tools on devices (MS-Office Professional, MS Outlook, browsers) or in the Cloud (Office 365, Teams, One Drive).
Installation of standard market software approved and provided by the client (antivirus agents, PDF readers, plugins, etc.).
Installation of applications or information systems as long as procedures, manuals or tutorials are provided by PRODESP; when necessary, with vendor or developer assistance.
Verification and identification of problems in cabling systems, basic sporadic network infrastructure repairs (e.g., network cable crimping and physical installation of access switches in a rack without configuration).
Record, monitor, progress and resolve service requests in the ticketing system used by the client.
Write procedures for solving known incidents and problems; maintain the knowledge base.
Knowledge, Certifications and Qualifications
Education : High School with Technical IT training (completed) or Higher Education in IT (completed or in progress).
IT proficiency : Advanced.
Languages : Portuguese and technical English.
Experience : 1 year in the role.
Desirable Certifications : ITIL V4 or higher; Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or higher in Windows 10.
