JDA WMS DeveloperRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) Solution Architect to lead end to end solution design, integration, and delivery for global transformational programs. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in JDA WMS (Discrete), exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate in fast paced, multi vendor environments.You will act as the primary JDA WMS expert across strategic initiatives, driving architecture, process optimization, integration design, and overall solution governance.Desired Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Logistics.• Strong hands-on experience with JDA Warehouse Management System (Discrete).• Participation in 2–3 full end to end implementation projects.• Strong domain knowledge of JDA WMS configuration, design, and delivery to support customer business processes.• Extensive experience designing current and future-state architecture for enterprise clients.• Deep expertise in:o MOCA Componentso MTFo DDA/Page Buildero Reports & Labels• Strong experience integrating JDA WMS with multiple host/destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.• Hands-on experience with WCS, TMS, and Parcel integrations (any).• Experience developing/modifying interfaces, tracing, debugging, and troubleshooting.• Experience using support tools, project management tools, and global SharePoint.• Knowledge of middleware integration methods (JDA Connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO).• Solid understanding of SDLC, requirement analysis, and solution design.• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, multi-vendor environments.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong positive attitude, ownership mindset, and focus on process improvement.Key Responsibilities• Actively participate in Solution Design workshops and lead end-to-end solution architecture discussions.• Approve solution designs and validate the configured JDA WMS solution.• Validate test concepts, test scenarios, and user acceptance criteria.• Serve as the primary JDA WMS expert for global transformation projects and programs.• Lead Change Management activities for global or regional implementations.• Contribute to the Global Technology Strategy and present technical assessments to governance boards for rapid decision-making.• Prepare and deliver presentations to users, management, and executive-level audiences.• Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodology.• Demonstrate and facilitate design, development, and integration discussions covering product functionality and architecture.• Ensure smooth integration between technical and functional requirements across JDA modules.• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with business stakeholders.• Collaborate with Business, Service Delivery, and Service Providers in evaluating and approving new solutions.• Drive improvements in global technology processes and service delivery.• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.• Lead business process analysis, design, construction, validation, and deployment phases.Required Qualifications• CCNP Certification (Required)• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.• Advanced EnglishIgualdade & Oportunidade para TodosRepresentando 165 nacionalidades em todo o mundo, nos orgulhamos de ser um empregador que oferece igualdade de oportunidades, comprometido em fornecer oportunidades iguais de emprego a todos os candidatos e funcionários, independentemente de raça, religião, sexo, cor, idade, nacionalidade, gravidez, orientação sexual, deficiência física ou informações genéticas, ou qualquer outra classificação protegida, de acordo com as leis federais, estaduais e/ou locais.
