Project Manager Role
We're looking for an experienced professional to own delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic engineering environment.
* Deliver end-to-end projects from planning through execution and completion with high-quality results.
* Build and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is a strong communicator, able to operate in ambiguous environments, and bring structure and clarity to complex projects. If you have experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs, that's a plus! Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are also a plus, but not required.
