Responsibilities:
* Define and implement engineering best practices and frameworks to improve our quality and resilience.
* Help estimate projects with deadlines, costs, and required resources.
* Write highly scalable, testable, and resilient code to deliver engaging user experiences.
* Create technical documentation to support code development.
* Champion CI/CD best practices and implementation.
* Identify areas to improve and scale our architecture and application design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Frontend Expertise : 5+ years of experience building modern JavaScript frontend web applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
* Web Fundamentals : A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript principles.
* Testing Methodologies : Proven experience working in a test-driven or behavior-driven environment.
* API and System Design : Experience with REST APIs and Event Driven Systems.
* Database Proficiency : Comfortable working with SQL databases (MySQL & Postgres).
* Cloud Fundamentals : Experience with cloud platforms and their services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
