Senior Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team.
* Fluent English speaker with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically in Agile Scrum environments focusing on application software development.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
* Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Experience in delivering projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the SDLC.
Requirements:
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills and mindset.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
PMP certification and CSM.
