Senior Software Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead our software development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Configuration Expertise: Expertise in configuring Salesforce using Workflows, Process builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports and Dashboards, and Sharing rules.
* Development Skills: Experience in developing SFDC applications using Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, and Dashboards.
* Administration and Implementation: Experience in administering, configuring, implementing, and securing Salesforce platforms, including Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, and data utilities.
* Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Troubleshooting: Expertise in debugging code for troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems efficiently.
