Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Channel Manager – Latin America to support OSL Pay’s banking and payment partnership strategy. This role will manage day-to-day partner relationships, support new card channel initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the Latin American payments market, familiarity with local regulations, and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and expand banking relationships across Latin America to support OSL Pay’s regional growth.
* Identify, onboard, and maintain new card channels and payment partnerships (card organizations, insurers, third-party providers) in the Latin American market.
* Coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
* Research and analyze jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America to support new market entry strategies.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
* Provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
* Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
* Good understanding of payment systems and card networks;
prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required;
English proficiency is also a must.
* Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
