About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based products.
2. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
3. Apply UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces.
4. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
5. Support marketing initiatives when needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
2. Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
3. Advanced proficiency in Figma.
4. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
5. Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
Nice to Have:
Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets.
Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.
Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
