As a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
The primary objective of this role is to translate client goals into actionable internal work. This involves working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
This role requires excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time task completion rate, internal team satisfaction score, and error-free deliverables.
We operate from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
