What You Will Do
Lead and execute the commercial strategy of MedSurg in a region that covers Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo, driving growth while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
Set territories, quotas, and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams.
Drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, contributing to IBP discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HMOs, and key institutions.
Lead territory business reviews, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups.
Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the assigned territory.
Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Previous sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Business or Commercial Strategy.
Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models.
