Responsibilities
1. Inspeção/Limpeza (seguindo os padrões e check list) ver oportunidade de melhoria
2. Monitoramento das condições (5 Sentidos)
3. Abertura e monitoramento das etiquetas
4. Elaboração de LPPs (disseminação do conhecimento técnico)
5. Elaboração de SOIs
6. Execução das ações do plano de trabalho do time no prazo estabelecido
7. Verificar as melhorias da área (processo de execução - apoio para solicitante)
8. Agir com rapidez em caso de problemas de carga e descarga
9. Acompanhar as perdas inerentes a sua área
10. Atuar nos inventários e gestão de bloqueados e WO da sua área
11. Realizar abastecimento das áreas de manufatura de acordo com procedimento de cada fluxo de abastecimento
12. Acompanhar e garantir o atendimento da programação semanal em todo o processo
13. Operar o sistema SAP no que se refere a transferência de saldos
14. Garantir o FIFO no abastecimento das manufaturas
15. Garantir o correto fluxo de reprocesso e rastreabilidade
16. Garantir e suportar o fluxo de movimentações do sistema SAP
