Responsibilities
* Assist the moving coordinator in operational activities: scheduling collection, transportation and delivery of the move, requesting reservations from shipping lines, preparing operational documents (packing/delivery instructions, consignment data), monitoring operations with the suppliers involved
* Communicate with the end customer to clarify specific doubts
* Make payment requests with the finance department
* Schedule operational services and inspections
* Communicate with foreign agents to make appointments and exchange information
* Feed data into the company's internal system
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree preferred in Foreign Trade, International Relations or related areas
* Knowledge of customs documentation
* Advanced English
* Spanish is a plus
* Basic knowledge of import and export
* Must be able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Good deadline management
* Knowledge of national and international moving is a plus.
