 
        
        Lead Business Analyst Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team and drive business-focused content creation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a group of analysts in producing high-quality content that improves AI models.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, quality oversight expertise, and subject matter knowledge in relevant domains. You will ensure that outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists
 * Task Allocation and Workflow Oversight: Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
 * Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Conduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency
 * Performance Feedback and Development: Provide performance feedback, training, and career development
 * Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updates
 * Business Content Creation: Guide creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content (finance, policy, e-commerce, etc.)
Requirements:
 * Team Management Experience: 2+ years of team management experience
 * Business Analysis Expertise: 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain-focused projects
 * Analytical, Logical, and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills
 * Data Format Proficiency: Proficiency in structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown)
 * Bonus Requirements: Bonus: prior work on LLM performance data, case study writing, or academic/research content
 * Commitment: Full-time commitment (40 hrs/week); immediate joiners preferred
