Position: Training Coordinator
This role is part of the Operations team, supporting our customers in Frankfurt. As a key contact point, you will coordinate training session delivery, working closely with the customer's learning delivery team.
Responsibilities
* Analyze training needs, determining the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for changes/updates in training events/programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Follow workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Requirements
* 2-4 years' experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented approach.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS (an advantage).
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
