Job Title
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be working on the development and maintenance of our cross-platform Flutter app, which is at the core of how doctors interact with our medical software platform for dermatology practices.
We are looking for a highly skilled developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves working with cutting-edge tech. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL, as well as designing and optimizing APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
You will work closely with engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field. We use agile coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
Your responsibilities will include building features quickly, iterating based on user feedback, and contributing to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
Our ideal candidate has 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart. You should have strong knowledge of the Flutter framework (state management, widgets, performance) and proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization, is also required. Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development is a must.
Additional nice-to-haves include experience with CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of push notifications or background task handling, and prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
