If you live and breathe design in tech / SaaS / AI and want to grow from a part-time contributor into a core, full-time role, read on.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight → moodboard → concept → production → iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeAsset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops. A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house). You know category patterns and how to break them. Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, and strategic restraint. A deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you have references at your fingertips. Not afraid to be bold and defend strong creative while staying coachable. Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with, low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply. Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus: light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).Bonus Points2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).
