* We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing client milestones, and completing all client tasks timely.

Milestone Operations:

* We verify that pain points are resolved, discover ongoing pain points, and lead retention efforts by providing proposals, negotiating contracts, and pitching upgrades or upsells as needed.
">
* We monitor Customer Satisfaction by ensuring that clients answer quarterly surveys and recommend improvements to clients' strategy.
">
* We ensure that client requirements are met and tasks to fulfill clients contracts are completed respective of timelines.
">
* We are intimately familiar with clients' business, competition, and marketing objectives in order to define business problems and apply insights clearly.
">
* We regularly monitor and report on clients' performance and ensure goals are met.
">
* We perform Account Audits and Onboarding Audits, including Account Audit Checklist.
">
* We complete Board Review check every other week, reviewing design tiers, client board progress, task completion time, and brand manager progress.
">
">
Roles & Responsibilities:

* We click-up profiles consistently get updated correctly.

* We ensure the onboarding process is seamless.
">
* We ensure the offboarding process is seamless (the client offboarding process is appropriately documented and centralized).

* We ensure the team completes training videos when released.
">
* We are responsible for the operation of completing Amazon Audits.
">
* We are responsible for the operation of the Amazon Assist Desk.
">
* We ensure Amazon PODs understand their churn every month.
">
* We establish clear communication between Account Managers and clients.
">
* We monitor KPIs such as 90% of Amazon Clients hitting 100% of their ad spend budget, less than 7.5% churn per month, 90% of Audits completed within 5 business days, 30% of Active Clients leaving a review on Google, and 30% of clients being billed for bonuses.
