About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software and ensuring robust system performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as good command of white-box testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test Planning & Strategy
o Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
o Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality benchmarks and ensure test coverage for all requirements.
* Functional and Non-Functional Testing
o Execute detailed tests across multiple platforms and devices to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
o Ensure that systems meet reliability, scalability, and availability expectations.
* White-box Testing
o Work closely with developers to understand internal logic and architecture, enabling more effective code-level testing.
o Provide feedback on system functionality and logging events testing results.
* Monitoring System Configuration
o Manage application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
o Establish alerts and dashboards to support proactive issue resolution and maintain uptime.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
* Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Good command of white-box testing techniques.
* Good knowledge of SQL is a must.
* Familiarity with modern monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana Datadog, or similar).
* Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have:
* Proficiency in performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
* Experience with PHP (Symfony) and Angular.
* Experience with AWS SQS, EC2, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, RDS.
