Cellular Specialist Wanted
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to provide technical support in the Wireless IoT industry, working closely with customers to integrate our cellular modules.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary technical contact for pre-sales and post sales support, ensuring seamless design-in, validation, regression, product launch, and post maintenance processes
* Offer on-site and remote assistance during the entire design/launch process: integration, validation, pilot, mass production, and maintenance
* Collaborate with R&D to transfer debug and design knowledge of our products to customers
* Perform hands-on activities involving proof of concept demos, use case implementations, and systems validations of evaluation kits or other IoT systems
* Organize technical training, presentations, or workshops for customers, partners, or internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of software engineering and/or FAE experience in the cellular phone or wireless module industry
* Hands-on cellular experience with relevant technology including 5G, LTE, and/or CatM
* Hands-on experience in Android or Linux development/integration environment
* Strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills
* Familiarity with hardware design/software architecture a plus
* Familiarity with RTOS/embedded systems development environment a plus
* Travel up to 25% domestic and international
* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese preferred
