Operations Scheduling/Logistics
Conco Services LLC is seeking an Operations Scheduling/Logistics professional for our Gonzales, LA location. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with corporate operations, manufacturing, and crew supervisors to evaluate sales plans, job viability, and resolve discrepancies.
2. Communicate with technicians and supervisors regarding availability, travel, timecards, and on-site issues.
3. Prepare technicians and supervisors for travel, safety, and job expectations.
4. Assign personnel considering job requirements and experience.
5. Maintain and organize job files and update scheduling boards.
6. Coordinate with HR on job requirements like drug screening and training.
7. Track shipment of job packets for efficiency.
8. Act as liaison between sales/clients and Conco for scheduling and expectations.
9. Address questions or concerns from plant contacts.
10. Ensure jobs meet Conco standards and client expectations.
11. Coordinate travel arrangements and job schedules.
12. Manage equipment availability and condition.
13. Schedule maintenance and stock checks for storage units.
14. Log changes and downtime impacting pricing.
15. Follow safety policies outlined in Conco’s Safety Policies & Procedures Manual.

Qualifications
* BA in Business or related field preferred.
* Scheduling/dispatch experience required.
* Valid driver’s license with a good record.
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
* Equivalent experience and training acceptable.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
* Physical activities including crouching, crawling, climbing, etc.
* Flexible schedule with overtime, on-call evenings, and weekends.
* Periodic drug, background, and clearance screenings.
