About the Role
As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will serve as a strategic liaison between clients and our organization, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. You have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native English language proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
