ServiceNow Technical Expert
* Make hands-on decisions regarding the architecture and development of this platform.
* Guide and supervise external partners responsible for its configuration and application management.
* Perform various tasks such as configuration, development, and administration within this platform.
* Closely collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Investigate and advise on module usage, integrations, and capabilities across different modules.
* Evaluate design approaches that adhere to best practices and minimize unnecessary customization or technical debt.
* Presents subject matter expertise in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
