Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned B2B Key Account Manager with extensive industry experience to drive business growth and development. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* In Charge of Existing Clients: Manage existing client relationships within the assigned territory, including API Wholesale Online, API Retail Offline, and WebShopping Account.
* Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new key accounts within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
* Client Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue generation.
* Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products and services.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications - Position Requirements:
* Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to create and maintain successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Autonomy and Results: Experienced in delivering results in an autonomous working environment.
* Industry Expertise: Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Business Acumen: Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project Management: Project management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
