Agile Coach
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ART initiatives
* Develop and manage program-level roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lean-agile practices
* Coach team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in agile methodologies
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks that impact program delivery
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Flow & Value Optimization:
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks
* Facilitate dependency management and architectural runway planning to ensure smooth project execution
Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment on program goals and objectives
* Link business strategy to technical execution by providing actionable insights and recommendations
