The Role
We're seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to contribute to the continuous development of a SaaS product. Preference is given to candidates with experience in fintech or financial SaaS platforms.
This part-time, ongoing role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions. As a dynamic startup, we value flexibility, autonomy, and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Enhance usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX principles to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma required.
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
* Graphic design skills to support marketing content and visual assets.
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.
