 
        
        Job Title: Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
 * Partner with account executives and channel account managers to establish and execute sales strategies.
 * Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and demonstrations.
 * Plan and execute proof of value activities, including scoping, designing, and executing the PoV environment.
 * Communicate feature requests and product ideas to product management teams.
 * Document ongoing sales cycles and PoVs in CRM systems.
 * Collaborate with technical peers within channel partners to uncover new sales opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience with complex technical sales cycles, including deep discovery and presentation of complex proof of value evaluations. Should be able to communicate technical concepts to all levels of people, from IT and security managers to CIOs and CISOs.
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as network stacks, is required. The candidate should also be fluent in verbal and written communication in multiple languages.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of endpoint security and patch management policies, as well as understanding of data-in-transit security, authentication methods and protocols, AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics, or other endpoint or network security tools.
Experience with selling methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, programming or scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash, Cloud IaaS vendors, security certifications like CISSP, GIAC, CompTIA Security+, or networking certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
