 
        
        We are seeking experienced IT Technical Recruiters to join our recruiting team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent in LATAM for U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Requirements
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
 * Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
