**Project Manager Role Summary**
This is a leadership position where you will oversee delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. You will work closely with various teams to drive clarity and ensure quality and consistency in all work delivered.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives. They should have strong experience working in agile environments, hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, and proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
