Bilingual Business Development Professional
We're expanding our LATAM presence and seeking a skilled professional to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new partnerships across the LATAM region, providing ongoing support for business expansion and client acquisition.
* Focus on enhancing market penetration in key LATAM markets, increasing deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition.
* Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region, implementing strategies to strengthen market presence and visibility.
* Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients to maximize regional growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources such as payment solutions, marketing initiatives, and platform support tailored to the region.
* Meet or exceed regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals contributing directly to revenue and client growth.
* Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication, prompt issue resolution, and ongoing performance support.
* Provide insights on LATAM market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to support strategic decisions.
* Represent the company at regional industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
* Demonstrated success managing an existing portfolio of partnerships or clients
* Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential; English fluency is required
* Based in or with strong working experience in the LATAM region
