Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled React Web Developer to lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website and Headless CMS ecosystem.
This role requires a proactive professional capable of taking ownership from day one—someone who can solve complex problems, implement robust solutions, and drive ongoing improvements across the platform.
* Architect and develop fast, scalable, and reliable front-end solutions using React and Strapi.
* Rebuild, refine, and optimize existing website sections to maximize performance and conversion.
* Maintain Core Web Vitals in the green, using real-user monitoring and observability tools.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React.
* Advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred).
* Proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment, and server-side integrations.
* Solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments.
Bonus skills include experience integrating and customizing HubSpot APIs, familiarity with SEO, CRO, and performance-driven digital strategies, and previous experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
