Job Purpose and Impact
- Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Information or Database Technology/Engineer, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent or Advanced English Level
- Geospatial Data experience
- Data Server experience
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in AWS Components, EC2 server & S3 database, RDS server, SQL Server, GIS database
- Knowledge about ArcGIS / ArcGIS Server
- Experience with codes (Python, SQL, R or equivalent)
