We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the Marketing Technology Transformation in Brazil — including the rollout of Single Customer View (SCV), Loyalty Delivery, and Marketing Automation.
You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, connect regional and local teams, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of complex marketing technology initiatives.
What you’ll do
Manage end-to-end project for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
Act as the key liaison between local and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors).
Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to drive transparency and efficiency.
Track KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.
The kind of profile we’re looking for
5+ years in Project Management, ideally within digital or marketing technology transformation.
Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of Mar Tech ecosystems (CDP/SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools) is a plus
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
